Authorization to Act on Provided Information

By enabling MyInvois or e-Invoice integration, the user authorizes BillLah to prepare, submit, retrieve, and display e-Invoice-related data for the selected business based on information the user provides.

The user must ensure they have authority to submit e-Invoices for the selected business or tenant.

User Review Before Submission

The user is responsible for verifying all business, customer, invoice, tax, SST, TIN, registration, NRIC, passport, payment, and e-Invoice information before submission.

BillLah should not be treated as tax, legal, accounting, audit, or compliance advice.

MyInvois Data BillLah May Handle

BillLah may retrieve or store submission status, validation result, UUID, long ID, QR-related information, error messages, request and response metadata, and MyInvois response data.

BillLah may display these details to help users understand the current workflow status.

External API Limits and Changes

LHDN/MyInvois API availability, validation rules, response times, outages, rate limits, payload limits, guideline changes, and system behaviour are outside BillLah's full control.

Users should check official LHDN/MyInvois guidance for production decisions.

Submitted Records

Submitted e-Invoice records may have cancellation, rejection, timing, and correction rules and may not be freely editable after submission.

Users should confirm details before submitting and follow the applicable MyInvois rules for cancellation, credit notes, debit notes, refund notes, or reissuance where needed.
