Refund and Cancellation Policy

During beta, access may be free, discounted, manually approved, or manually arranged.

Any manual commercial arrangement should be confirmed in writing with the BillLah team.

Once paid subscriptions are introduced, cancellation will stop future renewal.

Access may remain available until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for misuse or another serious issue.

There will be no automatic refund for partial months unless required by law or approved manually by BillLah.

Duplicate payments, incorrect payments, or billing mistakes can be reviewed manually.

BillLah may update this policy before paid launch, including how cancellation, renewal, invoices, and refunds work.
